Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund 

Customers who have opted for ASR SEO Tools’ premium subscription plans are entitled to a refund if dissatisfied with the service quality or plan features. We encourage users to review this refund policy thoroughly before making a purchase.

Conditions for Return 

A refund can be requested if a significant portion of the plan’s features remains unused.

Weekly Plan Subscribers:

• Refunds are not applicable for both renewable and non-renewable weekly plans.

Monthly Plan Subscribers:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the plan’s activation.

ASR SEO Tools will not entertain any refund disputes beyond the specified period, regardless of usage.

Refund Procedure

We will evaluate your plan usage to determine eligibility. If qualified, you will be informed, and the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases 

Refunds are not available under the following conditions:

• Special offers and discounted plans are non-refundable.
• Non-renewable plans are excluded from refunds.
• Add-ons are strictly non-refundable.

Repayment Terms 

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, minus any applicable bank fees. The refund amount may be adjusted based on the actual usage of the plan.

Manual Subscription Cancellation 

Customers may cancel their subscriptions via:

• Submitting a cancellation request through our ‘Contact Us’ page. (Please allow 2-3 days for processing.)

Right to Cancel Subscription 

ASR SEO Tools reserves the right to terminate subscriptions if:

• A user violates the terms and conditions.
• Usage patterns deviate from those set by ASR SEO Tools.
• A cancellation request is received from the user.
• Actions by the user prompt complaints from law enforcement.
